Mini market role permissions

If you need update user permissions for mini market management, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Access to the mini market module is controlled by the role the user is connected to, the below steps outline how to locate this and what settings are available.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Organisation Administration, then click Roles.

  3. Locate the role and click Edit, then click the Permissions tab.

  4. Click sub section titled Mini Markets.

  5. Use the check boxes to activate or deactivate each permission:

    • Access will activate the module via the admin cogs.

    • Operations will grant specific access to the mini markets.

      • Create.

      • Modify all.

      • Delete all.

      • Clone all.

      • Import and export.

    • User assignment will allow the user to manage user approval limits and add and remove users.

  6. Click Update to save any changes.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • A users access to the mini markets section can be limited to a view only mode by having access but no further permissions.

  • Any changes to the role will impact all users connected to the that role.
