When you click on the stock transfers in or stock transfer out within the outlet summary tab of the stock take in advanced stock, you may notice that the value retains any deleted or reversed transfers. This gives you a total overview of events regarding transfers within that stock period.
The overall value remains correct as the deleted transfer in becomes a transfer out and vice versa balancing the value within the stock take and outlet.
Steps to view stock transfer in and out:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click Edit to access.
Click the Outlet Summary tab.
Click Stock Transfer In - value, or Stock Transfers Out - value.
Within 30 seconds a pop up will appear displaying a breakdown of what the displayed value consists of.
