The system automatically calculates actual gross profit - GP - when you save the target GP and the sell price. To input a target GP and sell price, follow the steps below:
Click Admin Cogs
icon.
Select Menus, Dishes & Recipes, then click Manage Dishes.
Find the dish then click Edit.
Click the Menu Prices tab.
Update the Target GP and Sell Price.
Click Save.
