If items have been logged as wastage within the Waste Management incorrectly, users with the correct role permissions have the ability to delete or amend this from the waste management Audit Log.
Open Procure Wizard.
At the top of the screen, click the Admin Cogs icon, form the left click into Waste Management, then Waste Monitoring.
On the right, next to the monitor to be amended, click the Rubbish Bin icon.
At the top, click the Audit Log tab, all the products that have been wasted will appear in this tab. to amend the value use the Quantity field or to delete the entry, click Delete icon.
Click Save Quantities.
πNote: If linked to a stock take and the stock take covering this period is locked the wastage cannot be deleted.
If the wastage was recorded on the day that the stock take was locked/opened the above is still applicable to correct any wastage mistakes a Direct Delivery can be done to add the stock value back in, click here to view steps.
