Use the Access Digital Assistant

To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.

  1. In Procure Wizard, click the Access Digital Assistant image.png icon in the bottom right-side of the screen.

  2. Click Send us a message.

  3. Select the category you'd like help with, then select the specific query.

  4. Review the answer and suggested guides.

  5. Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query

    • If your query is answered, click the thumbs up πŸ‘ icon.

    • If this hasn't resolved your query, click the thumbs down πŸ‘Ž icon for further options.
