When you waste a dish via an Epos waste monitor, the cost will be against the products in the dish, and not against the cost of the dish itself to see the wastage head to the stock takes consumption tab using the following steps:
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click into Advanced Stock.
Click into Stock Taking.
Click Edit to access the stock take.
Click into the Consumption tab.
