Managing access to expected deliveries

If you need to update the access to the expected deliveries section on the dashboard, you can do this within a few simple steps.

The following steps will take you to the role permissions that controls what is visible to the end user for expected deliveries.

  1. At the top, click the Admin Cogs icon.

  2. On the left, click Organisation Administration, then click Roles.

  3. Select the User's Role and click the Edit button.

  4. Click the Permissions tab.

  5. For general order access click into Order Management and scroll down to Order Visibility.

    • Only View Own Orders.

    • Only View Own Department Orders.

    • View All Orders.

  6. For expected deliveries, navigated to Expected Deliveries and set:

    • Own orders (All Sites).

    • Own orders (Current Site only).

    • Own & dept orders.

    • Own, dept and site orders.

    • No Access.

  7. Click Update at the bottom to save any changes.
