Depending on the permissions assigned to a Role, these will enable a User to view certain orders within the organisation. To add or restrict check the relevant Role they are associated to. Providing you have access to the Organisation Administration & Roles, you can check the permissions follow the steps below.
To check the Role the User is assigned:
Go to the Admin Cogs
icon then click on Organisation Administration tab.Click on Users tab.
Search for relevant user.
Click Edit.
Click on the Associated Sites tab.
The roles will appear the role column.
To check the permissions on a role, refer to article Amending rights / role permissions:
Click on Order Management tab in the menu.
Scroll down to the Order Visibility section.
Amend user access from viewing options for orders.
