Tags disappear after all dishes have had the tag removed, this would be done on a one-to-one basis. If you are looking to remove them from a dish, follow the below steps.
Go to the Admin Cogs
icon.Click on Menu Dishes Recipes.
Click on Manage Dishes tab.
On the Details tab.
Click on the Green Tag X.
Click on Update button.
