Adding in delivery date exceptions into the delivery schedules

Adding in the dates the supplier is closed, stop orders being placed for days the supplier is shut, delivery schedule exception dates.

To enter the dates that your business is closed and cannot fulfil orders / deliveries please enter them here:

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. Click into Delivery Settings.

  3. Click into Delivery Schedules.

  4. Click into Edit Delivery Exceptions.

  5. Enter each date the business is shut - 1 date per line - example: 25/12/2023

  6. Click Update.

This will populate all your existing and future Delivery Schedules and will stop any customers connected to these Delivery Schedules placing orders for those delivery dates.
