Following good practice, you should confirm all orders on Procure Wizard on the day of the delivery. The delivery note you receive must match exactly the information you confirm delivery for on Procure Wizard.
π Note: You can't alter prices when confirming the delivery. The purpose of confirming deliveries is to ensure that the correct products and quantities are confirmed.
To confirm a delivery, follow the steps below:
On the dashboard, use the order locator box to search for and select the order.
Click the Delivery tab.
Use the pop-up calendar to enter the delivery date, then click Save.
Enter the delivery note number.
You can find this on the delivery note that came with the order.
Click Save.
Make and required changes:
Change the quantity: Overtype the quantity box.
Swap a product: Click Swap and swap a product.
Add products to the delivery: Select Add Catalogue Product.
Once all products and quantities match the delivery note, click Confirmed Delivered.
π Note: If you don't see the Confirm Delivery button, you may need to be attached to the mini market that the order was placed through.
