If trading has ceased with a supplier, it's important that you suspend the trading relationship with them to stop and block any further orders being placed. Once suspended the supplier is automatically removed from any linked mini markets.
📌 Note: If the supplier has suspended the relationship, contact the supplier directly so they can re-activate the account for you. This is indicated with a yellow triangle ⚠️ icon.
Click Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Suppliers, then click Manage Suppliers.
Locate the supplier and click the Name of the supplier or Magnifying Glass.
Click the Relationship tab.
Click Suspend Relationship or Reinstate Relationship to toggle the setting.
