The following steps outline how you assign a site to a Ad hoc supplier group to limit that group so that only that one site can access the related suppliers.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Suppliers then click Manage Suppliers.
Stay on the current tab and locate the Ad hoc supplier group.
Click the Magnifying Glass to access.
Locate the attach to site settings and select the site from the list.
Click Save Settings.
📌 Notes:
This should only be done if your mini market has the setting share Ad hoc suppliers across units is unchecked.
This should only be actioned if the Ad hoc supplier group is to be only seen by that site when creating Ad hoc orders.
