Price changes can be given a future live date, once these prices have been approved and you wish to export and review your price file based on the future prices the following steps will guide you to the report.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Suppliers, then click Manage Suppliers.
Locate the supplier and click Edit to access.
Click the Price Export tab.
Enter and set the following:
Version.
Site.
Price list.
Active from. If a date is chosen into the future, it will display the prices approved on and after live date of the price.
Categories: do not adjust if you would like to include all.
Click Export.
