Suppliers have the ability to update prices for a future date on the portal. When the price changes have been loaded, the approval email still goes to the customer immediately even though the prices will not change until a future date. These steps will show where to see when the price changes will take effect.
At the top, click the Admin Cogs
icon, then click Suppliers, Recent Price Changes.Fill in the details within the Display Options: Supplier, Status, Start Date, End Date, Price Impact Start and End Date, Price List Options.
Click Refresh Display. This will then display all the products that have been sent for price approval.
The Changed column will display the Date and Time when the change will take effect.
