Once your dishes and recipes have been created and the dishes connected to a menu, the menu can be used to report on the nutritional content, this can be done in varying options to suit your requirements.
Export menu nutrition to Excel
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Menu's, Dishes and Recipes.
Click Manage Product Nutrition.
Using the list titled menu select all menus or the required menu.
Click Export Product Nutrition.
Export menu nutrition to PDF
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Menu's, Dishes and Recipes.
Click Manage Menus.
Click the PDF.
Choose your export options and click Export.
View nutrition analysis on screen
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Menu's, Dishes and Recipes.
Click Manage Menus.
Click the Brown Folder to access the menu.
Click the Nutrition Report tab.
Click Display Data.
