The allergens can be viewed on several tabs within each dish or recipe, the below steps will guide you to each area and explain what each is displaying.
📌 Note: If you don't have menus, dishes and recipes via the admin cogs, you may see menus and dishes on your main dashboard, if so, start from step 3.
Dishes
View allergen breakdown in dishes:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes.
Click Manage Dishes, Use the search box to locate the dish and click the Edit button.
Click the Ingredients tab then click View Allergens. This displays a breakdown of allergens per ingredient any marked as not configured means there is no allergen information assigned to the product.
Click the Allergens tab. This displays an overview of allergens currently set on each product.
Click the Labelling tab. This displays an overview of allergens currently set on each product that can be sent to your labelling provider.
Recipes

Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes.
Click Manage batch Recipes, use the search box to locate the recipe and click the Edit button.
Click the Ingredients tab then click View Allergens. This displays a breakdown of allergens per ingredient any marked as not configured means there is no allergen information assigned to the product.
Click the Allergens tab. This displays an overview of allergens currently set on each product.
Click the Labelling tab. This displays an overview of allergens currently set on each product that can be sent to your labelling provider.
