You have different exporting options within your dishes and recipes, see below for different options. The instructions will vary depending on your access within the organization.
Full admin access from Menus Dishes & Recipes
If you're an admin, you can do this by following the below steps:
Click on the Admin Cogs
icon.Click on Menus Dishes & Recipes tab.
Click on Manage Dishes tab and search for relevant dish.
Click on Ingredients tab.
From here you can click on the Printer icon, this will populate a new box, from here you have the option to select:
Full screen - dish will open up on a separate tab displaying Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Suitability. Allergen Disclaimer details and the last recorded changes made.
Printer option - allows you to print the dish sheet information or save a copy.
PDF icon - this will export the data as a PDF document.
On the same screen you can select the PDF icon, the data will vary depending on the options selected from View and additional sub data boxes:
Theme = select from Dish Sheet A4/A5 or Spec sheet
View = each option populates different data. Select from:
Recipes and Products.
Products.
Preparation.
Customer.
Recipes only.
Dishes then recipes.
Epos Codes.
Then click on Export.
Menus Dishes & Recipes from the dashboard
As a regular user, you can do this by following the below steps:
Click on the Admin Cogs
icon.Click on Menus Dishes & Recipes tab.
Click on Manage Dishes.
Search for the dish or select the Company Dishes or User Dishes tab to select user and search dish.
From here you can click on the Printer icon, this will populate a new box, from here you have the option to select:
