To assign products to users in Access Evo, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: If a user is deactivated in Procure Wizard but active in Access Evo, this will be because Procure Wizard has been removed from their role in Access Evo.
Log into Access Evo.
Click the Members tab.
Locate the user, then click the 3 Dots.
Click Manage Roles and assign the product Procure Wizard to the user.
If the user is active, they'll immediately become active in Procure Wizard.
