Access Evo user cannot see Procure Wizard in the Access button

If you have an Access Evo user unable to see Procure Wizard icon to login, you can resolve this within a few simple steps.

The icons within the Access button in Access Evo appear once the product or area has been assigned to the users Access Evo role. To check and assign Procure Wizard as an Access Evo role, follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Members tab.

  2. Locate the user and click the 3 Dots.

  3. Click Manage Roles.

  4. Under Procure Wizard select user from the list.

  5. Click Save Changes.

If this does not resolve the issue please contact us via the digital assistant in your Procure Wizard login.
