The following steps guide you through how to find who your Access Administrator are to update your email address or reset your password if you are a username account holder.
Log into Access Evo.
Click the Members icon.
Click the Filter.
Locate organization role and from the list select administrator.
Click the Filter to minimize screen.
The users displayed are your Access Evo administrators and they are identified with a blue shield icon.
