Manage user details

If you need to update an user's name, position, or email address, you can do this within a few simple steps.

User's details can be updated when required. If you have migrated to Access Evo the following details are managed solely within Access Evo.

  • First name.

  • Surname.

  • Email address.

  • Password: username accounts only.

Non Access Evo user

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top.

  2. Click Organisation Administration, then click Users.

  3. Use the search box to locate the user and click the Edit icon.

  4. Update the following fields:

    • Forename.

    • Surname.

    • Position.

    • Email.

    • Username.

    • friendly Name.

    • Password.

    • Phone number.

  5. Click the Update button to confirm any changes.


Access Evo user

  1. Click the Members tab. If you need to open this tab, click the two-person icon along the top bar.

  2. Locate the user and click the Three Dots.

  3. Click Change Name, update the first or last name and click Change to confirm any changes.

  4. Click Update Email, enter the new email address and click Change to confirm any changes.
