There are two ways to update or correct a username or email address of a user, please use the steps that match your Procure Wizard setup:
Access Evo users or members
Log into Access Evo (previously Access Workspace).
Click the Members tab or the 2 Person icon in the top right to open the members tab.
Locate the user and click the 3 Dots.
Click Change Email Address, then enter the new email address.
To save, click Change.
Non Access Evo users or members
Log into Procure Wizard.
At the top, click onto the Admin Cogs
icon.At the left, click into Organisation Administration.
Click Users, locate the user and click the Edit button.
Update the username and email address as required.
Click Update to save any changes.
