If you are using password management within Procure Wizard you can set the number of allowed failed attempts before the account is deactivated. the steps below guide you to the page.
📌Note: Password management cannot be used in conjunction with Access Evo, once migrated to Access Evo please ensure password management is switched off.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Organisation Administration.
Click Company Settings.
If password management is activated, you will be able to edit the numerical value in the failed login attempts field.
Click Update to save any changes.
