Your suppliers can now add images to products directly from their Procure Wizard login, to learn more and provide the steps to your suppliers please review and share your guide to them: product media.
If you still wish to add your own images or your supplier is self managed the below steps will guide you through where and how to do this.

This can also be achieved by logging into your self managed supplier and following our guide on product media.
Images are only displayed when ordering if you have migrated to the new ordering experience.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click Products and Categories, then click Product Management.
Locate the product using a key word, SKU or PID and click Edit
icon to access.
Remain on the details tab and locate the section titled product management.
Locate the product image option and click Select File.
Once the file has been selected from your device click Update Settings.
