As a supplier you can add images to your products on the system in bulk with an image URL, using a CSV file by following the steps below:
📌 Note: Maximum import file size 10MB. Maximum lines on file 100 000
Click Price lists then select Product Media.
Click Download Example CSV file using the link highlighted in red and complete the file with the details below:
Column A - Product SKU: mandatory, this links the URL to your existing products in Procure Wizard.
Column B - Title: optional.
Column C - URL: mandatory, allowed image URL types: PNG, JPEG.
Column D - Delete: optional, add y or yes to delete current media asset.
Save the updated CSV file.
On Procure Wizard click Select File and select your file.
If you've gone back to the home screen, click Price Lists then Product Media.
Click Import Product Media.
If you are looking to make amendments to existing product media, you have added to your products you can use the Export function within the Product Media page to export the information.
To check the process:
Go to Home screen.
Use the Keyword, SKU or PID to search for a product.
Click on the View settings button on the right side of the screen.
Click on the Media Tab.
