If you're creating more than 10 products, you may want to follow our guide on batch product creation.
To create a new product, follow the steps below:
⚠️Warning: Ensure that you create new products exactly how they're invoiced. Once you've built a product on the portal, you can't change the pack size and description. You'd need to delist the product and rebuild it.
Log into Procure Wizard.
For purchasers needing to action this for a self-managed supplier, log in as the self-managed supplier.
Click Product Management, then click Single Product Creation.
Fill in the three levels of category for the product.
Click Select Category and fill in the description.
Enter the quantities for Packs in a case, Units in a Pack, and Unit Size.
The pack display automatically populates from the numbers you enter.
Select the VAT Rate and add your SKU code.
Ireland suppliers only: If required, select the required deposit return scheme charge from the list.
To the right of your customer, add their price.
Click Create.
