⚠️ Important: Once you've built a product, you can't amend the pack size or description. If you need to change these product details, you need to delist the product and rebuild it correctly.
To delist multiple products please follow the steps below. This completely removes the product from the system.
🤓 Tip: You can also delist single products one by one or products for certain customers but not others.
Click Price Lists, then click Export Price Lists.
Select the price lists to export.
If you're completely delisting from the system, select All Contract Lists.
Click Export Price Lists.
In Step 2 - Included Products, set as Products configured with a supplier code.
Click Complete Export.
In column Q, for the products to be removed, delete the product code and leave this blank.
Replace the pricing for each product you are delisting with a lower case "d".
If you're removing for more than one customer, replace the pricing for each customer three columns to the right of the previous customers pricing column.
Save the file and select Import Price Lists.
Select the saved file, then click Complete Import.
Rebuild the product
If you need to rebuild a product, select one of the options below:
Under 10 products: Single Product creation.
More than 10 products: Batch Product creation.
