Once you've built a product, you can't amend the pack size or description. If you need to change these product details, you need to delist the product and rebuild it correctly.
To fully delist a product for your purchasers, follow the steps below.
🤓 Tip: You can also delist multiple products or products for certain customers but not others.
In the Product Locator box, enter the PID, SKU, or Keyword.
Click Search Products then select the required product.
Click Pricing, then click Delist Product.
In the pop-up, click OK.
📌 Note: If you need to rebuild a product, select one of the options below:
Under 10 products: Single Product creation.
More than 10 products: Batch Product creation.
