As a supplier, you can quickly check a product from the Price Changes tab on a product. Follow either of the steps below to view if the product has been delisted:
From the product
You can check the status of a single product following the below steps:
Enter the product SKU, PID or product description in the product locator.
This will bring p the product settings.
Click on the Price Changes tab.
Select relevant customer from the drop-down listing.
In the end column, hover over the icon to see when it was delisted or rejected.
From the import tab
Checking the Import History:
Click on the Import Price List tab.
Click on Import History tab.
You can amend the date range filter for a certain period.
Click on the Magnifying Glass.
From here you are able to export the original file or view product changes.
Clicking on the Edit icon will take you through to the product settings.
