If you're unable to supply a product or multiple products to a customer, but you don't want to remove the product from your catalogue completely, please follow the steps below to delist the product from the required customer price files.

πŸ“Œ Note: You can also delist single products one by one or multiple products.

  1. On the home page, in the Quick Order and Product Locator box, enter a PID, SKU or Description.

  2. Click Go, then select the product.

  3. Select the Pricing tab.

  4. Find the customer you're no longer able to supply the product to.

  5. Replace the price with a lower case "d".

  6. Click Save Prices.

A green banner displays confirming the details are updated. The pricing box for the customer is now pink, indicating that the product is no longer in the customer's price file.

  1. Click Price Lists, then Export Price Lists.

  2. Select the price list(s) to export.
