When you update your pricing or add new products to a customer's price list, details of this will be sent to the customer for them to action by either accepting or rejecting the price. These products pending approval can be viewed and cancelled.
View which products are pending approval
In Procure Wizard, select Price Lists and then Manage Price Lists.
Any number highlighted in Red indicates the number of products pending approval on that price list.
For a breakdown of these products, click the Star.
Cancel products pending approval
In Procure Wizard, select Price Lists and then Manage Price Lists.
Any number highlighted in Red indicates the number of products pending approval on that price list.
For a breakdown of these products, click the Star.
Tick the box to the right of each price update you wish to remove or the box at the top to select all products.
At the bottom of the page click Cancel Selected.
Click Ok.
📌 Note: If the product was existing on your customers price file it will revert back to the previous price and still be available for the customer to purchase but if the price was linked to a new product, the product will be delisted from that customers price list.
To export a copy of this page, export the price list. Any price pending has FALSE in column AA.
