To view a product's information, follow the steps below:
Under Quick Order and Product Locator, search for and select the product.
You can search using an SKU code, PID or key word.
If more than one product displays, click the View Settings
icon on the required product.
You can now:
View product alternatives.
View when a purchaser bought the product.
View historical price changes.
Alternatives
View your product's alternatives by following the steps below:
Click on the Alternatives tab.
All alternate products automatically display.
You can refine your search using the filters.
The multiplier displays in a ratio the difference between the original product and the alternative.
If they have prices attached, they're displayed in the best price column.
Orders
To find out when a purchaser bought the product, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: You can use this data to view the average quantities and dates purchases buy these products.
Click the Orders tab.
You can refine your search by markets or purchasers.
To view the order click edit.
Price changes
To view any historical price changes for a product, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: This is particularly useful if you're disputing a credit.
Click the Price Changes tab.
Select the price list to investigate, then click Update.
All historic price changes have an icon to indicate the status:
Tick: Approved.
Cross: Rejected.
Clock: Pending approval.
Bin: Delisted.
