PID is showing on the product instead of SKU code.

If a product has been added to the system and showing on a PW ID number on the purchase order or product settings, this will be due to the SKU not being assigned to the product. You can update multiple products by exporting the price list out updating all and re-importing.

  1. Click on Price Lists tab.

  2. Click on Export Price List tab.

  3. Select All Contracts.

  4. Click on Export Price Lists button.

  5. Step 2, select All Products.

  6. Click Complete Export button.

  7. Once the CSV file has downloaded update the SKU codes that are missing in column Q.

  8. Save file.

  9. Click on Import Price File.

  10. Time and date will default to current.

  11. Select File from where you have saved.

  12. Click on Complete Import tab.

πŸ“Œ Note: To change SKU, overtype old SKU if there is a current SKU code assigned to the product.

Update SKU via Product Locator

You can easily update the SKU following the steps below:

  1. On your welcome page, enter the PW ID number in Product Locator.

  2. This will bring back no SKU found, remove the tick box next to Only search products with SKU Code.

  3. Click Locate Product.

  4. The product should now appear for you to add the SKU code.

  5. Click on Save Settings.
