You can check if a product is currently set as Out of Stock from the below steps.
On your welcome page, enter the SKU or PID in the Product Locator field.
Click on Stock Settings tab.
Select Yes/No from the dropdown option.
Click Save Settings.
π Note: Stock settings at depot level, if depots are in use and the setting to manage stock levels at depot level is activated in those depots you will see these depots appear in the above screen this allows you to manage stock levels at different warehouses allowing stock to be available to the customers that can or cannot buy.
To Mark products out of stock for all customers, you have to export the price lists for all customers, this can be done on one export.
Click on Price Lists, then Manage Price Lists.
Choose the required Customers.
Click Export Price Lists.
Step 2 - Leave this as the default Products configured with a Supplier SKU Code.
Click Complete Export.
This will export an excel file in a CSV format.
Update Column T marking the products as Y for In Stock and N for Out of Stock.
Save the file.
Go back to Price Lists, then Import Price Lists.
Choose the File.
Click Import Price Lists.
A green banner will appear to show that this has been successful.
