If you’re looking at setting a product to out of stock, you can either do this on the product itself, or you can use the price export and set multiple products to out of stock at once.
To do this on an individual level, you would follow the below:
From the homepage of Procure Wizard you would search for the product using the Keyword, SKU or PID product locator on the right-hand side.
Once you have the product open, you would select the Stock Settings tab.
You would then change the In Stock setting to the required setting then click save.
On mass / in bulk:
Price lists on the left-hand menu.
Click into Export price lists, click Export Price Lists and click Complete Export.
Open the excel document.
In column T, you would change this to an N if the product is not in stock and then revert this back to a Y when required.
