Adjusting position and visibility of products in standard stock

If you need to assign products to stores or set the position of products in your basic stock, you can do within a few simple steps in your stock take.

Products in standard stock are automatically sorted by category, however adjusting the position & visibility allows for further organizing the products, this can be done on screen or via the export function.

Method 1 - Updating on screen

  1. Log in to Procure Wizard.

  2. At the top, click the Admin Cogs icon then into Stock Controls, and then Stock Taking.

  3. Locate the relevant stock take and click Edit.

  4. On the Stock tab, change view to Position & Visibility.

    • The position can be set by entering a number in the position column.

    • The visibility can be set be by un-checking the boxes per store.


Method 2 - Updating via the import/export file

  1. At the top, click the Admin Cogs icon then into Stock Controls, and then Stock Taking.

  2. Locate the relevant stock take and click Edit.

  3. Click into the Import/Export tab and click Export button.

  4. Update columns:

    • Column N for position.

    • Column O for visibility.

  5. Save the file and use the Import section to upload the file back in.
