The products displayed in the stock tab (and the export file) are automatically displayed in category order, and each product within that category is displayed alphabetically as per their description. This can be updated to suit your requirements. The below steps guide you through doing this on screen or via the export file.
📌 Notes:
The positioning will be carried forward into the next stock take automatically.
Any new product added to the stock take will require the positioning number to be set.

The same number can be applied to multiple products to group products together:

Dry Goods 2
Fish 3

Reposition products on screen
Click the Admin Cogs
along the top bar.Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click the Edit, then click the Stock tab.
In the view section click Position and Visibility.
In the position column update the numerical number.
At the bottom of the page click the Save Changes button to confirm any changes.
Reposition products via the export file
Click the Admin Cogs
along the top bar.Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click the Edit button, then click the Import Export tab.
Click the Export button and open the file.
In column P titled position update the numerical number.
Save the file to your device and navigate back to Procure Wizard.
Click the Select File button to select the file saved on your device.
Click the Import button.
