Products can be repositioned in the stock tab to match your store rooms to increase the efficiency of counting the stock.
📌 Note: If the advanced stock outlet is linked to a master outlet, the position can only be managed in the master outlet.
Update on screen
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the outlet and click the Edit
icon.
Click the Products tab.
Locate the configure section titled show bin, stock type, position and par, and click Position.
Update the position in the 3rd column by entering a numerical number.
Click Save Settings.
Update on mass
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the outlet and click the Edit
icon.
Click the Import Export tab.
Locate the export settings section and click Export Settings.
Update the numerical number shown in column T, save the file and import it back in via import settings section of the same page.
