Variances in stock items in the consumption report of the stock take

Large Variances between stock deliveries and order invoices. Stock items valuation not correct.

Stock items can be set to multiple cost models in advanced stock to do this for any new stock item being added to the outlets ensure the outlets are set correctly here:

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top.

  3. Click into Advanced Stock and then into Outlets & Stores and Edit the outlet.

  4. Scroll down to the Product Cost and Selling Price Settings section and update Stock Item Product to the required cost model.

  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom to confirm.

To adjust any previous added stock items this can be done on screen or on mass from the following page:

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top.

  2. Click into Advanced Stock and then into Selling & Cost Prices.

  3. Edit the required folder.

  4. Each product can be updated on screen using the column to the right headed Cost Price or on mass by exporting the products via the Import/Export tab via column D.

πŸ“Œ Note: Average may cause variances in the cost price if running multiple brands within the setup and using separate price files for each brand, for this scenario its advisable to use LIST-ANY.
