If a Stock Item is displaying £0.00 in the Consumption tab of the Stock Take it can be one of two reasons.
The Stock Item has no linked products
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Products & Categories, then Stock Item Products.
Locate and Edit the product.
Click the Linked Products tab.
Add the required products.
The Stock Item has been set to AVG in the selling and cost price folder
Click the Admin Cogs
Click Advanced Stock, then Selling & Cost Prices.
Edit the required selling and cost price folder that controls the Outlet.
Click the Products tab, then locate the Product.
Set to LIST, then click Save Changes.
