Free of charge (FOC) or gifted stock can be recorded in advanced in a few ways which are details below:
Direct deliveries
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Advanced stock, then Outlets and Stores.
Edit the required outlet, then the Deliver In tab.
Click the Direct Delivery button, and update the following:
Supplier name.
Invoice number.
Delivery Date.
Type.
Locate product.
Enter the quantity received.
Click the Deliver button to confirm.
📌Note: by using an existing product from your supplier the system will use the cost price of that product, inflating your stock take. If you want to record the FOC stock as £0.00 then a additional product will need to be created.
