The button Recalculate will do the following:
It will recalculate the stock take as per the products current pack size if for any reason they have changed since the stock take was opened. Using these new value sit will update the values shown in the outlet and unit summary tabs.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar,Click Advanced Stock, then Stock Takes.
Edit the stock take, then Unit Summary tab.
Scroll down and click the button Re-calculate Stock.
Review your values shown in the reports within the Outlet and Unit Summary tabs.
📌 Notes:
There is no record of which products are being updated.
There is no undo button.
The button is visible to all users with access to lock the stock take. Woth no role or general setting permission to hide it.
