The history of stock movements report within advanced stock will show you details of products, qty's, and values moved within in a specific period. To run this report, you would follow the below steps:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock, then Unit Reports.
Click History of Stock Movements.
At the right:
Select All Sites or the name of the Site.
Select All Outlets or the name of the Outlet.
Select the Period you want to look at.
Select the Export Type of Standard or Flat File.
Select what type of stock movements to be included:
Delivered in (Store Only).
Requisitions.
Returns.
Transfers.
Click Download.
If you run this report for all units, you would select your financial periods, however if you run this for a specific unit the dates will be as per your stock takes.
📌 Note: These reports can be downloaded in CSV format or PDF. Please note, headers cannot be included in as CSV files cannot export with any formatting like merged cells.
