Stock take reports in stock controls

If you need to run a report based on your stock take results, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Once the stock take has been completed by entering the closing values, there a number of reports within the module to assist you with analyzing the results.

Stock take Summary tab

Provides a high-level overview of values and provides a gross profit percentage (GP) based on these values:

  • Opening.

  • Closing.

  • Purchases.

  • Sales.

  • Other income.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs Cogs.jpg icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Locate the stock take and click the Edit Edit icon.jpg icon and click the Summary tab.


Stock take report - excel export

Will provide a breakdown of each product listed within the stock take and provides a breakdown of:

  • Stock Remaining.

  • Stock Consumed.

  • Total Remaining Stock Value, per store if in use.

To run this report please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs Cogs.jpg icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Click the Save save - floppy disk.jpg icon to download the report.


Stock Consumption Analysis

Provides an on screen analysis of each product or category providing the following he following:

  • Variance.

  • Value.

  • Consumption.

  • Difference.

To run this report please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs Cogs.jpg icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Locate the stock take and click the Edit Edit icon.jpg icon, then click the Consumption tab.


Stock Group Report

Gives you the ability to view combined totals for multiple stock takes for which you have access, either across the site or where applicable across sites.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs Cogs.jpg icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Stock Controls, then click Group Reports.

  3. Set your data range, by selecting the date range or by selecting financial period.

  4. Click Display to view the results on screen or click Export to download a copy.
