Advanced stock perpetual stock date

If you need to view the stock results based on a previous day, you can do this within a few simple steps.

You can use the perpetual stock date to revert the stock results back to a previous day within the stock period.

📌 Note: This option is only available while the stock take is open, once locked the option is no longer available.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Locate the stock take and click the Edit to access.

  4. Click the Unit Summary tab.

  5. Locate the perpetual stock date option in the top right.

  6. Amend the date and click GO.

🤓 Tip: To view within Consumption tab:

  1. Click on Consumption tab.

  2. Click on Perpetual Stock Date.

  3. Select options from View and Product.

  4. You can select the date from the calendar and then click on Go button.
