Production of recipes and be manually recorded or automated based on sales. This process depletes the stock of the ingredients within the recipes, both options are outlined below.
Auto consumption based on sales
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click the Edit
icon the stock take, and click the Consumption tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and Generate Auto Production List. Based on the sales in the stock take it will generate production values and populate the consumption tab. This can be actioned multiple times throughout the stock take.
Manual recording of production
Click the Admin Cogs
Click Advanced Stock, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the stock take and click the Edit
Enter and update the following fields:
Producer Name.
Batch Number.
Production Date.
Enter the production values using the quantity column.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Produce.
