To turn the auto bin feature on and off in each outlet, follow the steps below to enable.
Outlet Settings
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click into Advanced Stock tab and into Outlets & Stores.
Click Edit on the relevant outlet and stay on the Details tab, scroll down and locate the Auto Bin setting on the details tab.
Check the box to activate/deactivate, and click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
The Auto Bin Feature when activated will remove any inactive products after 2 full stock takes if:
Product has not been bought.
Product has not been counted.
Product has not been wasted.
Product has not been transferred.
Product has not had a sale associated with it.
General Settings
If using dishes and recipes within the stock module you may also want to review the general settings regarding auto-binning to ignore the products within the dish or recipe.
Click into the Admin Cogs
Click into Advanced Stock and into General Settings.
and review the following settings and check the boxes accordingly.
Ignore dish products when auto binning.
Ignore recipe products when auto binning.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
