To remove a recipe from the product breakdown view within the consumption report of the stock take, the recipe needs to be set as produced on site, this tells the stock take that the recipe is produced using the ingredients in the outlet and not purchased a whole.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then Outlets/Stores.
Edit the Outlet.
Navigate to the Products tab, then in the Configure Line, change the view to Produced.
Locate the recipe and update the Produced onsite field to Yes.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
