If the dishes and recipes have been added to the stock take, the sales recorded against these are best reviewed through the Product Breakdown view. This view can be toggled between Standard and Product Breakdown by using the below steps.
📌 Tip: Standard and Product breakdown views will show different values as:
Product breakdown = Displays results on the ingredients of the dish or recipe (as long as dish / recipe has been set as produced on site)
Standard = Displays the total of the dish sold
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon.Click into Advanced Stock.
Click into Stock Taking.
Edit the stock take.
Click into the Consumption tab.
Toggle the drop-down box to change views.
Click the Refresh button to re-load the page.
📌 Note: This view can be set by default to your preferred view via the Outlets Details tab.
